SUMMER JUNIOR PROGRAM 2024

Our team is extremely excited to welcome participants to our summer program 2024. Our program will run for 9 weeks starting June 3rd until August 3rd. You can register participant for as many weeks as you like.

Each session will run from 8:30am until 12:30pm. Courts will be organized based on age and skill level, and will provide a weekly format before the start of each week to keep you updated. For new players, we will set up evaluations before attending the program to ensure they are placed on the correct court in order to keep each court running smoothly.

We look forward to working closely with each player and giving them an enjoyable and instructional experience on the court!

Enroll participant by clicking button below and filling registration form. Select the week(s) and the number of days you would like to register player on specific week:

  1. Player(s) can be registered for 1 day up to 5 days on desired weeks.

  2. Player(s) must be enrolled via registration form.

  3. Once registration form has been submitted, an email will be sent confirming player’s spot for the sessions you signed up for, along with payment information.

  4. In order to confirm spots, we require payment in advance in order to plan for coaches and courts.

  5. If player is not registered and shows up to a session, he or she will not be able to participate due to limited spot availability per court.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment can be remitted via cash, check or Venmo and must be remitted BEFORE player initiates program in order to reserve and confirm spots.

  1. For cash payments, please bring payment on envelope with player named included.

  2. For check payments, please make check out to: To The Top Fitness Inc.

  3. For VENMO payment, please use account: @jcfittennis

*Payments are not refundable as funds will need to be applied to schedule coaches and courts.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

1. Due to program organization, we will not be able to arrange make ups for missed sessions and last minute no shows as every spot is reserved on a weekly basis and cannot be filled with another participant.

2. If participant has began weekly sessions and cannot complete it, we are unable reimburse payment and honor make ups for the remaining sessions in that week as we have already organized coaches and court based on the number of players attending.

3. If participant is unable to attend a regular session, you can email us ONE WEEK in advance and request a day switch in the same week. All switches are subject to availability. For instance, Can Bobby come Friday instead Tuesday? .

5. If participant is unable to attend a clinic session due to an emergency or serious matter, we will honor a make-up session only if we receive a valid notification of non-attendance.

 RAIN POLICY:

In the event of a rain cancellation, we will email you 1 hour to 30 minutes before scheduled session. If you do not receive an email, please proceed to the courts.

1. If your player/s class was suspended before it initiated due bad weather conditions, you will receive a credit session to exchange for another session or we will extend cycle one additional class. You can email us to request a day exchange. All day exchanges are subject to availability.

2. If your player/s class was partially suspended due to rain forecast, we will not be able to honor a class exchange since the program was already running. If at all possible, and if conditions are safe for players, we will always attempt to hold the program.
