JC FIT TENNIS

JC Fit Tennis is a premier tennis academy that specializes in developing and improving on court skills and techniques, as well as developing the athlete’s body off the court. James Caiati has worked with a wide range of tennis athletes from professionals, to college athletes, to juniors. In his own career, he reached the top #35 spot of nationally ranked Juniors and played Futures for an additional four years. James’s on court coaching combined with his fitness, nutrition, and mental conditioning programs ensures each tennis athlete’s success at the next level. The Caiati Tennis program, which James developed and perfected through his fitness background and experience in the tennis world, is an elite tennis and fitness program designed to improve on court technique as well as develop the athlete’s body off the court to play tennis at the elite, professional level.

JAMES CAIATI

The Caiati Tennis program’s success is due to James Caiati’s experienced tennis background as well as his expert knowledge and background in nutrition and fitness. Specifically, his knowledge about athletic nutrition and sport specific training is what allows his athletes to improve and develop to be able to compete at the elite level of tennis.

The sport of tennis has been changing for the past decade. There is a greater emphasis on fitness and nutrition in order to develop the athletes body to play big time tennis at the elite level. Caiati Tennis focuses on developing the athlete both on and off the court. Movement on the tennis court is one of the most important aspects of being a successful tennis player. Fitness and movement go hand in hand. Caiati Tennis will increase your flexibility, your strength, your agility, and your athleticism so that you can compete with the elite athletes in today’s tennis world.

JC Fit Tennis Academy

All players are encouraged to join the JC Fit Tennis family. The team of tennis professionals and James Caiati will perform an evaluation on each student’s level of ability on the tennis court as well as their level of fitness. This evaluation is a key component and starting point for each program in order to maximize results for each athlete, with the athlete’s overall health and wellness as a main focus.

JUNIOR-ACADEMY

Junior Academy

T

he Junior Academy offers a full-time tennis program 6 days a week in both the AM and the PM with James Caiati and his team of tennis professionals. Full-time fitness program and nutritional guide are also included. James will work with students hands-on on the tennis court, honing their speed and agility. James will also lead students through intense gym workouts to build strength, power, and flexibility on the tennis court. Additionally, mental chalk talks, video analysis of strokes, and an open phone line to James will be provided to his students.

he Professionals level offers all the same benefits as the Junior Academny. Additionally, there is full contact with James Caiati at all times, especially when on the the road, via texting, phone calls, and skype sessions. The diet and workout programs are tailored to keep students at their peak between tournaments and matches. James will cover specialized topics on developing each student’s own style to play at the highest level.

Due to an overwhelming demand for instruction by professional tennis athlete James Caiati, we are offering an online program called Caiati Tennis to accommodate long-distance players.

esigned for the established semi-professional and professional tennis player looking to take their on-court speed and agility as well as their technical ability to the competitive level. Caiati Tennis, especially the Elite Academy, is unique in that it also offers a comprehensive guide to an athlete’s nutrition and fitness.

Tennis Clinic

T

ennis Clinic is a fun and easy introduction to tennis for ages 4 through 12. We work on hand-eye coordination, agility, and stroke technique while also keeping it lighthearted with games and prize-giveaways.

Women’s Tennis Clinic

W

omen’s Tennis Clinic is a unique combination, designed by James Caiati and his staff, of both fitness and tennis. All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary. We focus on doubles strategy, point play, and some technical aspects.

Tennis Career:

Ranked N1 in Venezuela for 6 consecutive years’ category 10, 12 and 14’s.

Played ITF for 1 year reaching the top 500 in the ranking

Played professional Women’s circuit in the U.S

Played for the USF Varsity Tennis Team for 2 years, and then transferred to Saint Leo

University and represented its tennis team reaching the Final Four of the NCAA Championship Tournament.

Tennis Team reached Southland Conference Finals in 2010 (1st time in school history)

Nominated Team Captain 2014 at Florida State

Competed in 3 Junior Grand Slams, Roland Garros (French Open), Wimbledon, and the US

Competed in Fed Cup in 2008-2011 and won group 2, 3 times to move up to group 1

Lead TJC into the 3rd straight NJCAA championship

Champion of flight 1 at the NJCAA in both singles and doubles

Won Second Team All-ACC honors
