SCHOOL-YEAR JUNIOR PROGRAM

TO GET STARTED…. LET’S SCHEDULE PLAYER’S EVALUATION

  • 30-MIN INDIVIDUAL/KICKSTART CLASS

For the participants between ages 4.5 -6 not yet ready for the group setting, we recommend and have the option of 30-min individual classes on mini court. Each player works privately with a coach. We go over the fundamentals of tennis and personalize their training to get fully ready for the group transition.

For players between ages 7-14, we will offer a kickstart class to prepare them for the group class with player similar ages as them.

We will keep you updated via email once player is ready to move up.

  • LEVEL 1- FOUNDATION PHASE

In this group, we work on instilling the correct habits, as well as correcting old ones.

This class introduces participants to the game of tennis through a variety of fun, skill building drills. Students will learn fundamental stroke production and the ABC’s of tennis (agility, balance and eye-hand coordination.), while as keeping it lighthearted with tennis-specific games.

ADVANCED: The primary areas of focus for advanced 7-9 year old are stroke production, movement, and athletic development and advancement.

  • LEVEL 2- INTERMEDIATE BEGINNER

Our team will focus on helping players ages 8-13 develop a solid technical foundation, proper footwork, and a higher level of fitness.

The coaching staff will pay very close attention to each participant's game and intensify their training.

  • LEVEL 3- INTERMEDIATE

Students in this group have a better understanding of the technical and movement areas of their game

This group will be focusing on solidifying their groundstrokes, footwork and fitness level to move into the point play/building scenario.

  • LEVEL 4- HIGHER LEVEL

Players in this group are working on developing technically sound groundstrokes, consistency, fitness and movement to be able to transition into the academy program, play high school, competitive and friendly matches, if this is what they desire.

In this group, we require the next level of hard work, discipline and attitude, to elevate player’s game to the next level.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES

30-MINUTE LESSONS POLICY

For players who are recommended 30-minute individual lessons to get them prepared for the group setting, we will be honoring a drop-in fee of $55/session for the first three sessions. If the player requires more than 3 individual sessions, the company will require a 30-minute regular private lesson fee for the additional sessions. If a player is ready before those 3 sessions, you can pay the clinic fee for drop-in or monthly cycle

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

1. Due to the high demand for this program, we are unable to honor make-ups for same-day cancellations due to illness and other commitments. We would love to honor and accommodate make-ups whenever a player is sick or has another commitment, but we would not be able to keep the program running smoothly due to having a limit number of players allowed per session. You can still request a day switch the week prior. We will do our best to accommodate him or her only if we have room on the day requested for switch.

2. If a participant has begun their monthly cycle and cannot complete it, we are unable to honor make-ups for the remaining sessions in the cycle.

3. If a participant is unable to attend a regular session, you can email us ONE WEEK in advance and request a day switch in the same week.  For instance, Can Bobby come on Friday instead of Tuesday?  All switches are subject to availability. If we have no space in another session, we will not be able to honor make up for that missed session.

4. If player(s) is enrolled monthly and he or she is unable to attend the program the following month, please notify us via email and we will pause the monthly cycle. Unfortunately, we will not be able to hold the spot due to the demand

5. If the participant is unable to attend a clinic session due to a serious matter, please email us. We will do our best to work with you.

 RAIN POLICY:

In the event of a rain cancellation, we will email you 1 hour to 30 minutes before the scheduled session. If you do not receive an email, please proceed to the courts.

1. If your player/s class was suspended before it was initiated due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a credit session to exchange for another session or we will extend the cycle one additional class. You can email us to request a day exchange. All-day exchanges are subject to availability.

2. If your player/s class was partially suspended due to a rain forecast, we will not be able to honor a class exchange since the program was already running. If at all possible, and if conditions are safe for players, we will always attempt to hold the program.
