GET STARTED!

Our Women’s Clinic Program at JC Fit Tennis Academy is designed to create a fun, supportive, and empowering environment where players can improve their game while staying active and connected with others on the court. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced player, our sessions are structured to meet you at your level and help you continue progressing with confidence.

Our experienced professionals will guide you every step of the way, helping you work toward your individual goals in a welcoming group setting. Each participant is assigned to a court based on skill level, allowing for personalized instruction while enjoying the energy and motivation of training alongside other women who share a passion for the game.

Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, tennis-specific fitness, technical stroke development, doubles strategy, and match play—while emphasizing essential fundamentals such as footwork, movement, recovery positioning, and court awareness.

After just a few sessions with our JC Fit Tennis professionals, participants can expect to feel stronger, more confident, and see noticeable improvements in all aspects of their game.

How We Get Started!

Each Women’s Clinic session begins with a dynamic group warm-up designed to get the body moving and set the tone for an energetic and enjoyable workout on the court. We focus on light tennis-specific movement, coordination, and mobility exercises to help prevent injury while preparing you for play.

Most importantly, this part of the session is all about creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere—giving everyone the opportunity to loosen up, connect with one another, and ease into the clinic with confidence before transitioning into technical drills and match play.

Program Formats

  • Level based groups: Players are placed into small groups based on skill level, allowing for a more effective and enjoyable training experience.

  • Private Groups :For players who prefer to train with familiar partners, we offer the option to create a private group clinic.

  • Beginner Introduction : For women who are new to tennis, we offer an introductory pathway before joining the Beginner Group Clinic.

    New beginner players will:

    • Participate in individual or small private sessions initially

    • Learn fundamental techniques and court basics

    • Build confidence in stroke mechanics and movement

    Once the player is ready, they will be gradually integrated into the Beginner Group Clinic alongside other participants.

    This approach allows new players to feel prepared and comfortable before entering a group environment
