PROGRAM GUIDELINES
30-MINUTE LESSONS POLICY
For participants aged **4-6** who may not yet be ready for a group setting, we offer **30-minute individual classes** on a minicourt. In these personalized sessions, each player works one-on-one with a coach, focusing on the fundamentals of tennis. This individualized attention helps to build a solid foundation and prepares them for a smooth transition into group classes.
For players aged **7-14**, we provide a **Kickstart Class** designed specifically to prepare them for joining group sessions with peers of similar ages and skill levels. This class focuses on essential skills and techniques to ensure they feel confident and ready for group interactions.
RAIN POLICY:
In the event of a rain cancellation, please do not contact us via text or email. We will send an email update 30 to 60 minutes before the scheduled session. If you do not receive an email, please proceed to the courts as planned.
If the class is canceled before it begins due to rain, you will receive a credit to reschedule for an alternate date(outside of your player’s regular session). This credit is valid for the entire semester, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the class is interrupted or shortened after it has already started due to unexpected rain, we are not able to provide a make-up. If conditions are safe, we will always make every effort to continue and complete the session.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Due to the high demand for this program, we are unable to honor make-ups for same-day cancellations due to illness, no-shows, or other commitments. While we would love to accommodate make-ups in these situations, the limited number of players allowed per session makes it difficult to maintain the integrity of the program. If needed, you may request a day switch the week prior, and we will do our best to accommodate—only if there is availability on the requested day.
If a participant has begun their monthly cycle and cannot complete it, we are not able to transfer the remaining sessions to another program or honor make-ups for the missed dates within that cycle.
If your child is unable to attend their regular scheduled session, we require at least three (3) days’ notice in order to arrange a make-up. Without this notice, we unfortunately cannot offer a make-up, as last-minute changes disrupt group balance and interfere with the productivity of the program.
If your child is unable to attend due to a serious matter or emergency, please reach out via email. We will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
To request a make-up for a missed session, we require at least three (3) days’ notice. If we have availability that meets both our court-to-player ratio and level compatibility, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that rescheduling options are limited, and the dates/times we provide are the only ones available at the time of the request. Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee additional rescheduling options beyond those initially offered..
