All customer cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to scheduled class .  All cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled class are subject to a 'no show' fee up to the full price of the class. By cancelling at least 24 hours, you will not be charged.

Private lessons cancellations scheduled on Monday, must send a notification via email ONLY before Saturday 9PM informing any upcoming changes in scheduling for the following Monday.

The administrative office is closed on Sundays. Any cancellations made on Sunday are classified 24hr cancellation policy.

(This only applies for players scheduled for Monday private lessons and academy.) 

In the event that we need to cancel a lesson, we will try to reach customers as quickly as possible by phone, text, or email. Accounts will not be charged for rain cancellations and we will try to help reschedule you as quickly as possible.

Our team makes all effort to dry courts and proceed with classes and lessons, but our priority is to ensure a safe experience on the court.

If your sessions is rained out after 5-10 minutes, we will remove lesson fee.

If lesson is rained out after 20 minutes, we will modify your lesson fee to 1/2 fee.

If the lesson is rained out after 30-minutes mark, the system will invoice you for the full fee. 

If you do not receive a notice of a rainy day, please attend your normally scheduled time slot. For bad weather forecast, please be patient. You will always be informed if the lesson is cancelled. Otherwise, attend your scheduled time.
