ACADEMY PROGRAM GUIDELINES
To better assist you with cancellations, schedule changes and inquiries, we would like to receive ALL notifications via EMAIL form, so that the administrative office can have access and RECORDS to accommodate you sooner with any requests you may have. Email: jcfittennis@yahoo.com
JAMES’ MAIN FOCUS IN 2022 IS TO RAISE THE INTENSITY AND LEVEL OF THIS PROGRAM BY MAKING THE ACADEMY MORE PRIVATE AND EXCLUSIVE. JAMES WILL MAXIMIZE EACH PLAYER’S TIME ON THE COURT AND MAKE SURE THEIR FITNESS LEVEL IS ACCOUNTED FOR THE NEXT STEP
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
The academy is a salary based program. There is a 2-3 day minimum attendance policy in this program.
Once player is registered for 2 or 3 days, the company requires a 3-month commitment for requested days and payment on a weekly basis.
If player is scheduled for the week and does not attend a regular session due to a personal matter or school event, we will not be able to honor a make-up as every spot is accounted for.
During high-school season, we are unable to alter schedules or honor make ups for missed session due to high school practices or matches, as every spot is reserved for each individual player and cannot be filled with another participant. Therefore, the company requires payment in order to keep the program small and organized.
If a player is not attending a session, we must be notified vi a player is not attending a session, we must be notified via email during business hours ONLY.
NOTE: The administrative office is closed on Saturdays after 5pm and Sundays. Any request and cancellations made after 5pm on Saturday a email during business hours ONLY.

PAYMENT POLICY:
The administrative office requires payment on a weekly basis in the beginning of the program.
Once player is registered for the Academy program, you are liable for a base salary program. Upon each registered session we require a payment whether your child has attended that session or not.
Please remit payment before program begins.
NOTE: For players in the academy involved in other programs such as private lessons or personal training, payment can be remitted together.
SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST POLICY:
Subject to availability ONLY if a player needs to switch a day due to a SERIOUS matter, and if we have a spot available.
Exception includes medical certificates.
NOTE: Any desired changes for the academy schedule will be accepted only via email to jcfittennis@yahoo.com for a prompt response to your request.
RAIN POLICY:
A group text message will be sent on a rainy day. For bad weather forecast, please be patient. You will always be informed if the program is cancelled. Otherwise, attend your scheduled time.
When there is a complete washed-out, a workout session will be held at MI40 gym from 4PM to 5:30 PM. We will proceed to: 1355 W Gray St, Tampa, FL 33606, United States. Attendance is mandatory if parents are in agreement.
If it rains after the session has begun at 3:30 PM, we will pause the program and make the call if we need to cancel it. We will not be able honor credit or make any exchanges once this decision has been made due to program limited availability. If conditions are safe for players, we will always attempt to resume the program.
NOTE: If you do not receive a notice of a rainy day, please attend your normally scheduled time slot.
